Ideal for those who suffer from seasickness<\/strong>, this alternative allows you to discover the wonders of the Gal\u00e1pagos while spending the nights in the main towns.<\/p>\n

However, please note: combined tours<\/strong> (day excursions and overnight stays on land) are designed for active travelers<\/strong>, as they include multiple activities \u2014 hiking, excursions, boat trips, and of course, snorkeling!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Compared to a cruise (which involves night navigation<\/strong> allowing greater distances to be covered), a combined tour<\/strong> does not offer the same variety of landscapes and wildlife. Navigation takes place during the daytime<\/strong>, which means it is not possible to travel as far from the main islands.<\/p>\n

Guides:<\/strong>
We work with local guides<\/strong>, meaning a different guide for each island<\/strong> and for a specific period of time. The guide accompanies you during the excursions at each visitor site, provides explanations, shares knowledge about the islands, their wildlife and flora, and coordinates the activities for the following day.<\/p>\n

As for lunches and dinners<\/strong>, the guide will recommend selected places. You will need to go to these places on your own<\/strong> after the guide has dropped you off at your hotel. Distances are short, as the islands have few inhabitants. It is very safe to walk around at any time of the day.<\/strong>

These are set daily menus (no \u00e0 la carte options). If you wish to have \u00e0 la carte lunches and dinners, there is an additional cost; please ask us.<\/span><\/p>\n

Recommendation for public fast boats:<\/strong><\/span>
We recommend taking a seasickness tablet before starting the navigation. Bring plastic bags in case of seasickness; fast boats are not fully covered, so we suggest keeping your personal belongings in plastic bags to prevent them from getting wet.<\/span>
This type of boat does not offer any onboard service due to limited space. The guide will not travel on the fast boat with the passengers; a new guide will meet them on the next island.<\/span><\/p>\n

Hotel selection:<\/strong><\/span>
The hotel selection depends on the category you choose. We will indicate which hotels are available for your selected dates as well as the corresponding rates.<\/span><\/p>\n

Excursion schedules:<\/strong><\/span>
